I’d say Lingerie…but stuff that is different than what you can buy at the mall. High end lingerie like at La Petite Coquette. All the other things (womens, mens, teens) can easily be found at the mall. And wedding shops have a lot of competition from big bridal shops like David’s Bridal. Good luck.

Sell teen clothes no one buys more clothes than teens. Most of the teen clothing stores have trashy clothes or conservative clothes. If you open a store get opinions from teens b/c they are the only people who know what teens want to buy.

Accessories, you don’t need special sizes and you can change them with a huge variety according to the weather or season.
Accessories: belts, rings, earrings, purses, wallets, hats, watches….
